I know I did horrible on my French lit final today. I’m not just saying that out of insecurity. It’s quite clear when you don’t know the answers. My professor Geoffrey has been quite good at catching my bullshitting in the past, and there is no doubt he will be just as critical this time…

80 points. I don’t even want to think about it anymore. Honestly, I considered writing, “Geoffrey, I’ll be frank with you. I have no idea what Rousseau’s talking about. I tried to understand his books, but I can’t even understand the SparkNotes explanation.”

I really was close to doing, but for some reason, in the end, I chose not to.

Riley and I happened to ride home together, and I asked her if we have a final in journalism ethics. She said no, we’re done, and I wanted to cry on her shoulders right then and there. I hate that class so much. I know my last test received a bad grade (at least that’s what my friends tell me. I wasn’t actually in class when they gave those back). I don’t know how I did in my panel presentation or my final paper.

I truly don’t give a shit anymore. I repeat: I hate that class so much.

The class that was most important to me this quarter is my multimedia class. There is no final for that class either, although we had to write a paper, which I finished this morning just in the nick of time. I remember my professor telling us to make sure we have everything turned it, but I’m not feeling up to it.

Just like with the other classes, I almost don’t care what grade I get in multimedia. I am so tired of everything.

This was a really weird time in my life. It was strange, and I can’t really pinpoint why, which freaks me out. The one thing I know for sure is that I felt like I had lost my motivation for a little bit.

I was way underdressed this morning, since I left the house very quickly. Beyond cold. In the meantime, acid kept coming up in my mouth. I suppose it’s all the caffeine I had ingested throughout the night…

Now, I don’t know if I should sleep or not.

I just spent the past 30 minutes in bed, resting but trying hard not to fall asleep. And then my alarm rang, and I just though, “Yes, okay, thanks. You’re not very helpful right now.”

And now on to the paper. Hopefully, I can finish it by 8:30 or 8:40.
